Throwback Thursday: Favorites from March

It is time to take a look at my previous favorites! I usually revisit my favorites from 2 & 3 years ago. It looks like I didn’t do a March 2013 favorites, so I am revisiting my favorites from March 2014 and 2015 this time.

In March 2014, I liked:

Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup

I really enjoyed this foundation.  It is one of the few liquid foundations that I ever used up!  When I went to repurchase it, I realized that the shade names and numbers are not the same in Asia and the US!

Barry M Dazzle Dusts (link goes to my review)

The Barry M Dazzle Dusts are great loose pigments that can be purchased for a very reasonable price at UK drugstores. There are a wide range of colors and the pigmentation is fantastic!

In March 2015, I liked:

Barry M Dazzle Dust in Rose Gold

Wow, the Barry M Dazzle Dusts came up again! This was a fantastic color, with a strong gold sparkle.  It was my go-to daily eyeshadow for a very long time.

L’Oreal Voluminous Miss Manga mascara (link goes to my review)

Surprisingly, I realized later on that this was not the best mascara for me. I liked how it gave my eyelashes a lot of volume, but it was clumpy and also transferred under my eyes.

Putting foundation in squeeze tubes

This is something I started to do for traveling.  The squeeze tubes I used are normally used for putting soy sauce in bento boxes, so I don’t need to worry about leakage. Plus, they are easily available in packs of 6 or more for $1.

Hope you enjoyed revisiting my favorites!

xoxo, K
